OneTap Access provides a platform for sharing building access through secure, shareable links. Our service includes:
- Hardware devices that connect to existing access control systems
- Mobile and web applications for managing access
- Cloud infrastructure for secure communication
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of OneTap Access, you agree to:
- Take full responsibility for access links you create and share
- Not share access with unauthorized individuals
- Use appropriate security measures (PINs, time limits) for sensitive access
- Regularly review and revoke access that is no longer needed
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding building access and security
4. Security Disclaimer
Important: OneTap Access provides technical infrastructure for access sharing. We do not provide physical security guarantees.
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for deciding who receives access
- We cannot verify the identity of people you share links with
- Technology failures, though rare, can occur
- You should have backup access methods for critical situations
5. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old
6. Payment Terms
For paid plans:
- Billing is monthly or annual, as selected
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of OneTap Access are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneTap Access shall not be liable for:
- Unauthorized access resulting from shared links
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Loss or damage arising from use of our services
- Actions of third parties who receive access
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
